REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
At Great Skin Health, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare and body contouring services. Due to the nature of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments, we maintain the following refund policy.
Services
All services provided by Great Skin Health are non-refundable once the service has been performed. Because treatments involve time, preparation, and professional expertise, refunds cannot be issued after a treatment has been completed.
Packages and Prepaid Services
Packages and prepaid treatments are non-refundable. However, unused sessions within a package may be transferred to another service of equal value at the discretion of Great Skin Health.
Packages must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.
Deposits
Deposits made to secure an appointment are non-refundable but may be applied toward your scheduled service. Deposits may be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.
Product Purchases
Retail skincare products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Treatment Results
Results from skincare and body contouring treatments vary from person to person depending on individual skin type, body composition, and adherence to recommended aftercare. Great Skin Health does not guarantee specific results, and lack of desired results does not qualify for a refund.
Cancellations
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
